Time trial tomorrow
I must admit, I am a little worried. Mostly because the last time I got timed for a run was our “end of the year mile” for cross country, and that was when I was injured and got like a 7-minute mile…I’m afraid I’ll get a bad time again because I know I’m not that fast. Hopefully, all goes well tomorrow. I really don’t want to disappoint myself again.
